Comparison and tools usage: anonymous traffic analytics via PostHog. We do not require a signup to browse, compare products, or use the calculators.

Get Matched and Ask the Mufti submissions: name, email, the question or matching context. Required to deliver a response.

Investment opportunities: accredited investor verification data via a third-party provider (Parallel Markets or equivalent). Includes documentation required by US securities regulations. Stored encrypted with strict access control.

Newsletter: email address, subscription preferences. Unsubscribe with one click any time.

To deliver the service: match you with providers, send you Mufti rulings you requested, verify your accreditation status before showing private deals, send the newsletter you subscribed to.

To improve the product: aggregate analytics on which categories, calculators, and rulings are most useful. Anonymized; never sold.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising purposes.

When you submit a question to the Ask the Mufti queue, the question text becomes part of the queue Mufti Saad addresses in his Friday sessions. By default the question is published anonymously alongside the signed ruling in the public archive. You can opt out of archive inclusion at submission.

Your name and email are never published with the question. Only the question text and Mufti Saad's signed answer.

Supabase (hosting, database). Cloudflare or Vercel (CDN). PostHog (analytics). Resend (transactional email). Beehiiv or ConvertKit (newsletter). Provider partners receive your match details only when you explicitly initiate a Get Matched flow.

Use the self-serve privacy console at /account/privacy to export everything we hold for your email, or to permanently delete it. Both actions are confirmed by a single-use link we email to you; no account is required.
